Alt+number code to get öüä etc. doesn’t work.
Type Fn+Alt+code (for example 127) the character will now appear on your screen, if not type ENTER.
The code (for example 127) must be entered in the integrated numeric part of the keyboard, so for typing ‘1’ you must enter: Fn + ‘J’, etc.
(Num loc k need to be activated). Or use an loose Numeric part and type the digits.

How do I disable / enable the Num Lock key at startup?
NB changes to the BIOS should be done by a professional, to prevent serious problems with the computer.

You can adjust how Microsoft Windows handles the Num Lock status by editing the Windows registry. See our registry section for additional information about the Windows registry and potential problems that may occur if edited improperly.
Click Start, click Run, and type regedit to open the Windows registry editor.
In the registry, open the below folders.

Keyboard\

Within the keyboard folder, you should have a string value named "InitialKeyboardIndicators" with a value of 0, 1, or 2. Below is the explanation of each of these values.

0 = Num Lock is turned OFF after the logon.
1 = Disable Num Lock.
2 = Numlock is turned ON after the logon.
The hotkeys of S-board keyboard don’t work.
Hotkeys Open; Save; Print; Cut; Copy; Paste is a group of useful one-touch command keys which defined under MS Office application software. Therefore, this group of hotkeys can only be used under MS Office program.
My favorite will work correctly only after you have opened your internet browser, i.e. Internet Explorer. This key won’t work under Firefox.
Hotkey Email will only work with Outlook or Outlook Express. Press this key will activate the program Outlook or Outlook Express.
With which OS is the Q-board compatible?
Windows 98, XT, 2000, Vista, Win. 7, 8 and 10 etc.
As for other OS such as Apple Mac and Linux system, the S-board should work with those computers as long as the system supports USB keyboard.
However; function keys (Office short cut keys, multimedia keys, Windows keys etc) on S-board might not work properly on those non-Windows OS PCs.
