The file settings.xml might be corrupt and needs to be removed: Search for the directory %appdata% in Windows Explorer and browse to EfficiencySoftware/AltMouse/XML. Thereafter delete the settings.xml file.
After restarting the application AltMOUSE will create a new setttings.xml file itself.
Note that after deleting the settings file you will have to configure your personal settings again within the application.
When the problem is still not solved with the above action, we recommend you to contact us.
Before implementing AltMOUSE in RWM make sure you have the latest version of AltMOUSE.
There are a few known issues with AltMOUSE when using RWM.
Under the Settings tab->Select Supported Applications. This will open a new window. Please select the office version and language you are using and click the save button. Once you click the save button AltMOUSE will restart and should display the Shortcut keys in office.

In this situation you need to download the latest version of AltMOUS. If the lastest version was already installed, choose ‘repair’ instead of ‘modify’ or ‘remove’ during the installation.
Go to the tab page "Help" en choose "Licence". Via the button "Select new license" browse to the location where data.zip is stored and select it to use.
Use the shortcut key combination Ctrl + Shift + F2, or right mouse click on the AltMOUSE icon in the task bar and click 'Enable learning list'.
No, so far it is not possible to run AltMOUSE on iOS / Apple.
