BakkerElkhuizen is specialist in designing ergonomic solutions for computer workstations. BakkerElkhuizen was established in 1994 as an ergonomic research and consultancy firm. Owing to a lack of available practical solutions for ergonomically fitting out computer workstations at that time, we decided to develop such products ourselves. The current product range comprises a core of unique, usually patented, products we developed ourselves supplemented with the best products of other top brands.
For the development of our products and the putting together of our product portfolio, we assume 4 workstation concepts: fixed, mobile, flex and home workstations. For each workstation situation, we offer the right solution and the right product. Our customers are usually leading in their field and innovative in their working method, staff policy and strategy.
Our products are distributed via an extensive reseller and distributor network. In this regard, the emphasis lies, in the first instance, on Western Europe. Meanwhile, we have also developed a distribution network outside Europe, in countries such as the US, Canada and Australia. Our ambition is to also build up a distribution network in other countries and to grow further.
People stand central in our philosophy. Not only in the development of our products, but also in the development of our staff and in our cooperation with partners, suppliers and customers. We attach a lot of value to long-term relationships. Through these long-term relationships with our partners and through our knowledge of ergonomics and the market and our product portfolio, we have acquired a leading position in the ergonomics market.
