Legal requirements
Laptops are not suitable for extended use without external equipment. If a laptop is used for more than two hours at a time, external devices are needed to meet legal requirements and practice guidelines. So to work comfortably and productively with a laptop for long periods, a laptop stand, an external mouse and an external keyboard are crucial. If you use an external monitor and place the laptop screen at the same height, both can also be used as dual screens. (Source: Dutch Working Conditions Regulations (art. 5.1).

Ergonomic tips for screen use
- Screen distance
Provide a viewing distance between 50 and 80 cm (about an arm's length). The ideal distance depends on screen size and resolution. (Source: VGB DGUV Information 215-410, 2019, S. 93) - Viewing angle
The viewing angle from your eyes to the centre of the screen should be between -10° and -35° from the horizontal. This promotes a natural, relaxed working posture.
Use
Our BE Universal Laptop Holder is light and easy to use. You fold the document holder forward, place the laptop and secure it under the elastic band. And you're good to go! The remaining part of the elastic can easily be magnetised at the back. A smart solution that even allows you to manage your cables.
