The UltraBoard 950 is a compact keyboard. Take it anywhere and work in a healthier way due to its compact size. The UltraBoard 950 is designed according to the ergonomic requirements for keyboards. This keyboard has a scissor mechanism, a key centre distance of 19mm, and concave keys in white with dark lettering. Those aspects of the keys promise a convenient and precisely way of typing, and minimal typing errors. In addition, it has nice features, like hot-keys, integrated multimedia keys, and status LEDs, which will support you to work more efficiently.
Slim design
Thanks to the compact shape of the UltraBoard 950, you automatically adopt a healthier and better working posture. A compact keyboard does not have the familiar numerical part on the (right hand) side of your keyboard. Without this part the distance to the mouse is reduced. When you place your mouse closer to the keyboard, the physical strain in your forearm and shoulder is decreased. Efficient work thanks to the minimized reach to the mouse. You won't miss the numeric keypad, simply switch on the NumLock key, and work easily with the integrated number field.
Ergonomic background
A compact keyboard without the numeric keypad, which allows placing the mouse closer to the keyboard. Research shows that 90% of users do not use the numeric keypad, if ever. With a compact keyboard you work more comfortably, because it lowers the reaching distance to the mouse (Cook C. et al., 1998). This lightens the load on the forearms and shoulder. Dark letters on a clear background make reading easier (ISO 9241) and contribute to higher productivity (Snyder, 1990).
Nice design without reflections
The matt surface of the UltraBoard 950 is in a light design with dark letters. The light colour avoids high contrasts and reflections, this guarantees the best readability. The advantage of the white keys with dark lettering is an easy change of view from the bright monitor down to the low-reflection keys. You will recognize the dark letters with a font size of 4mm straight and you can quickly start typing. When you are not typing blindly in the ten-finger system, then fold out the feet of the UltraBoard 950 and bring it to a better viewing angle. The stylish bright design of the keyboard will improve your readability and will make you more productive.
Comfortable, silent typing
The keys of the UltraBoard 950 have a scissor mechanism, that makes sure that you can type more comfortably and easily. The advantage of those kind of keys is, that they are quieter and require less force to press. The scissor mechanism guarantees, that the user still recognizes the pressure point of the keys while typing, and at the same time does not have to apply to much key pressure force to press down the keys.

Special shape of the keys.
The keys of the UltraBoard 950 have a key centre distance of 19mm according to the DIN EN ISO norm and ensures a better orientation on the keyboard. Furthermore, the shape of the keys is concave. A concave shape is with an inner curvature and fits perfectly to your fingertips. Easy and efficient typing, and for the best orientation, just the space bar has a convex shape (curved like the exterior of a circle). These combinations of key surfaces guarantee precisely typing and minimal typing errors.

The UltraBoard 950 has four practical hotkey buttons. Open a new tab directly in your browser, jump to your e-mails, take a screenshot, and use the integrated numeric keypad. Further there are Multimedia keys integrated. The tatus LEDs show you if the keyboard is switched on, and if the NumLock or CapsLock is activated.
